If you are a Council or Housing Association tenant, with any of the ongoing disrepair issues listed above, and have reported the disrepair to your landlord, then you are likely to be eligible to claim for disrepair.

The claim process can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to 12 months depending on your landlord. We will however press your landlord to make sure they commence repairs without delay following our initial contact.
